Browse our collection of gifts perfect for Realtors to give to their clients upon closing on their new home. The posted price reflects the cost of the gift as well as the cost of our team to make the gift. Please allow 7-10 days to produce the gift.
HOW TO ORDER (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):
1. Choose your project byclicking on the picture.Make sure that the picture and the dropdown menu show the same project.
2. If your chosen design needs personalization (i.e. shows a name, monogram, location, or date), enter the personalized data in the personalization box.
If choosing the coordinates design, please provide us with the state AND coordinates.They can be found at https://www.gps-coordinates.net/ .
3. In thepersonalization box, please also indicate the specific date that you will need the gift completed.
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.
