FUN! FUN! FUN!  Grab your friends, family and co-workers for a private DIY workshop that all ages can enjoy! Our staff will guide you through every step of the way.

This $25 deposit (that will be applied to your project as the hostess) is a reservation for the studio for your private DIY experience and only reserves your time slot.

Party minimum is 8 people including yourself.

You and your party will be given exclusive access to our studio for 2.5 hours on the date and time that you have selected. 

As a hostess, YOU are responsible for inviting guest and making sure that they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guest to register is 48 hours prior to the event.  Please note that any orders placed at the time of the event that require stencil designs or board preparations may incur an additional processing fee.

You and your party must purchase the projects you want to complete from the special link of projects that will be created just for your group. Again the 48 hours prior to your reservation to allow us enough time to prepare the projects for your event of crafting fun!

Once your workshop date and time is chosen, a workshop coordinator will contact you to go over project choices and set up your exclusive registration link to share with friends, family and co-workers.

 

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. Pick your date and time from the drop down menu below. (If you would like a different date and time please contact us by email at hammerandstain@gmail.com or phone 501-547-9411. Sunday and Monday available only upon special request)

2. Add name, phone number and estimated number of attendees in the areas requested.

3. In the personalization box, please let us know if this is for a special occasion. If not, please write N/A. If you have a specific project or projects in mind please list them in the additional comment section.

4. Check out.

Feel free to BYOB or Wine to your workshop; however all guests MUST be over 21 years of age when alcohol is present.

 

If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited but will be applied to a party at another date.

Terms

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.
